Welcome to the unique spirit of Guluguba State Primary School. Our school motto, ‘Face the Task’ expresses the sense of vitality and dedication to excellence, the joy of learning, and the values and traditions that are the hallmark of a Guluguba State School education.
Guluguba State School is a small rural school located 49 kilometres north west of Miles on the Leichhardt Highway. The school is one of ten schools in the Miles Cluster and is supported by the Darling Downs South West Regional Team. We are a co-educational school, which caters for students from Prep to Year 6. Guluguba State School has a long, proud history in the grazing community. The school has a teaching principal and a supportive staff to educate children from surrounding properties and the wider Guluguba area. Staff and parents work collaboratively to ensure all students are provided with quality education in an individualised, safe and positive learning environment. Guluguba State School prides itself on being the hub for our close knit community, with support given by former students, families and the wider community at school events.
